Warranty Claim Steps

Initial Contact & Documentation

Contact SunPower warranty support via phone (1-800-SUNPOWER) or online portal. Provide system serial numbers, installation date, and description of issue.

Required Documents:

• Original purchase receipt or installer documentation
• Photos of affected panels/components
• System monitoring data (if available)
• Installer contact information

Technical Assessment

SunPower technical team reviews documentation and may schedule on-site inspection. Remote diagnostics conducted when possible to expedite process.

Approval & Replacement

Once claim is approved, replacement panels are shipped from nearest warehouse. SunPower coordinates with certified installers for replacement.
